Puerto del Carmen is by far the most established tourist and property market in Lanzarote. The ground tapers upwards as you go inland so many of the properties still have wonderful sea views. Puerto del Carmen property owners feel that it is this area that gives the highest chance of property rentals and therefore the best income whilst they are not using the property.

The resort stretches along the coast so is much most of the properties are close to the frontline and beach so hire cars and taxis are not often necessary.
