Corralejo is located in the north of Fuerteventura and is the most popular market for property sales. The town is progressively expanding due to demand and there is a very broad selection of property on the market. In and around Corralejo there are some fantastic beaches, hotels and a great main street with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Caleta de Fuste is located a few kilometres south of Fuerteventuras airport. Caleta de Fuste grew out of a town but also has a large section purpose built for tourism including a 27 hole golf course, multiplex cinemas, shopping centre and hotels. There is one main beach and some other nice built beaches in front of the new shopping centre. Property for sale in Caleta de Fuste starts in the region of £50,000, for this you can expect a one bedroom apartment on a complex with a swimming pool. Most of the estate agents in Caleta de Fuste can be found in the older part of town along the main streets. Caleta de Fuste has two main areas with properties for sale and rent. There is the main town where all the shops, bars and restaurants are, in this area there are mainly apartments for sale in Caleta de Fuste. On the other side of the main is a hill going up a few hundred metres with nice views our over the beach, sea, town and golf course.
